Mask doesn't fit the way the photo makes it seem.

When wearing the mask, whenever you open your mouth to talk it feels like the mask is trying to make its way into your throat. The piece that rests on the bridge of the nose is low quality and isn't long enough to make a difference in wear.

It really just makes you look like you have a rhino horn, disappointing at best. If you don't want to swallow your mask with each word you speak, don't buy these. I wore the mask I customized to the gym for a test run and it almost feels like I'm being waterboarded when working out with it. Don't buy these, they're extremely goofy.

I bought the masks November 15th and selected the 10-Day turnaround time (So I should get them on/around the 25th) ...... I didn't get them until the 2nd week of December.

When I called Customer Service to check on the order, I got nothing but attitude. Hopefully other people get the experience that I did.

I ordered a sample of a coaster for our business. I uploaded my artwork for both sides, paid you, then after a while, you sent me 2 blank pieces of paper. Was this a joke? I don't need to see what blank coasters look like. I wanted to see what MY coasters would look like.

We are a small business, we placed an order and approved artwork. Our order calls for white mask with a heart and the words I (heart) HT. We received black mass with artwork that did not match. After numerous attempts (19) to resolve this with customer service, they offered me a 5% refund on a $440 order. Do not order from this company!!!!

Responding to the email I received from pissed consumer. I have not been contacted by 24 wristband and no resolution or restitution has occurred

Purchase of masks

The conversation I had with the live chat on the website was very cordial and helpful. That's why I decided to order from this company... well, that, and their prices. However, their communication after that was very lacking. I did not get an order confirmation or any type of communication advising when I could expect my masks. I called to check on them and was told to be more patient. The masks arrived very quickly after that phone call. The printing on the masks was great: position, color, quality - all great. The problem I have is that they are all a different size. There is no uniformity whatsoever. Some are for children, some are for giants - therein was the biggest disappointment.

I had some issues while trying to make the order and had to contact the chat help twice and telephone customer support once, all without any real help given. However, once I figured out the issue on my own, the order came quickly and was very nicely done.

We were so excited to launch our new business and ordering 500 wristbands was amazing. We thought good price and looked like good quality. We approved the proof and thought we were on our way. We received the order and 75% of the wristbands were not printed correctly. That's 375 wristbands! We immediately let them know and provided pics showing the poor quality. Good news is they responded quickly. Bad news is their response was not good. Offered 10% of the next $50 order. The response we received was even worse. We were told that we should expect the wristbands to print exactly like the proof we approved. It's covered in the Terms and Conditions. Not acceptable.

I was nervous ordering the face masks because i didn't get a proof of what they would look like. I expected sub par due to this. However i was pleasantly surprised!!!!! The masks came out FANTASTIC! The masks are unraveling and I havent had them a month. Ive had several complaints including the mask that I wore. Quite disappointing considering the amount of money they cost. I needed to purchase more but may decide against using this company again.

Poor customer service experience

I ordered wristbands for my upcoming wedding which were to be individually wrapped for the health and safety of my guests. The wristbands arrived, but I was out of town upon arrival and when I returned, I found that they were not individually wrapped. As I paid 25% more to have these individually wrapped, and I am concerned about maintaining safety for my guests, I reached out to 24 hour wristbands 9 days after the package arrived only to be told that there is a 7 day window for error processing, after which time there is nothing that the company is willing to do to rectify their own errors. As a result, I am out a good amount of money and still need to find a way to individually wrap these bands.

The details of the bracelets were not very good quality, the yellow print I selected for the print was not consistent and the color was not lining up right with the indents. These for my sister cancer fundraiser and now Im looking to order 300 more but from a different company. I was really disappointed!
