Disappointment

Before I placed my order I called and spoke with a representative to make sure my order would arrive on time. I then placed an order online. The allotted time was 6 days production, 4 days shipping. It took over three weeks, not the stated 10 days. Long story short, after six phone calls to 24 Hour Wristbands and an additional shipping fee, the lanyards arrived the day of the event, hours after registration had started. Every single time I called I was given a different explanation. Very frustrating.

We ordered 900 customized wristbands and they turned out very nice and the students and staff loved them. If you need them by a certain date, make sure that you order early and don't count on the delivery date that you choose at checkout - apparently that is not "guaranteed" even though you are choosing a specific day and sometimes paying extra for it. Ours were a week after the date selected and only arrived then because I contacted them several times. We had to change our activity for the whole school because of this.

I ordered my product in February and just received it (March 13). I am happy with how they turned out. I wish there had been more communication with me about how the order was coming along, an email that it had shipped or something because once I had ordered, I heard almost nothing from them to the point where I was worried that they were even working on it.

Make sure the chosen color for ink is bright enough. I chose bright yellow on kelly green but the green bleeds through and the yellow fades. Doesn't have the pop I was looking for.

They don't stand behind their product nor do they respond to customer concerns. I was given conflicting info on the process by several people. Then after they shipped product they refused to acknowledge discrepancies. The exact same artwork yielded two completely different results. Now hundreds of their wristbands will end up in a landfill and it's my personal goal to spread the word to stay away from them.

Just received the lanyards and everything looks fine except for the stallion. It doesn't come across as a stallion unless you look at it very up close.

Yes i received my order on time and the print quaity was good. but i wasnt exactly satisfied with how the bands turn out. I provided an artwork for the bands and the artwork should have fill out the entire band (wrap around), Instead, it was printed on the front only and the back was left blank. I was very disappointed with this so was my customer, who I ordered the bands for. I hope this wont happen again for future orders.

Please do not purchase from this company! Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. The only good thing I can say is that designing the product on their website was pretty easy but that is it. I ordered 100 Koozies from them on 8/19/2019. I went back and forth with them on the design asking them to make a few changes. That took several days because trying to make them understand I wanted picture of the antlers to be larger and part of the font larger. I then approved the final picture and paid for it on the 8/21/19. On Monday the 8/26/19 I received an email from an imprint.com asking me to approve the product so it could be shipped. I then called the company because I was confused about the sender of the email and also I already approved it and paid. Also the email that was sent did not have an image attached and I told the customer service rep that and he said its just a final email from the production dept. that I should just manually type in approved and send back to them so they could ship that day. I was a little perturbed thinking that I had already done all of this {but I needed them by Sept.1st for a couples shower} so I went ahead and did what he said so I could make sure to have the product by the 1st. I received them on the 28th and the antlers were smeared on all 100 of the Koozies, {not the image I had approved}! I called them again to say they were messed up and he said there was really nothing I could do. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but they had all left for the day. He said I could call back tomorrow to speak to them. The next day I called 3 times from 8 am to 3pm, each time I was told the supervisors were not in yet. Finally I was able to leave a message and he finally returned my call at 8:30pm. In the meantime I had to open a support ticket and attach pictures of what I ordered and what I received. The supervisor told me there was nothing they could do except offer me 15% off of my next order. He said that sometimes their laser printer messes up but they couldn't help it. So they did not replace my product or refund my money or even half of it. I have never seen a company not stand behind their product. I will never order from this place again. The worker seem to want to help you only if in the mood, very very unprofessional.
