Ordered 500 wristbands for an event, paid $60 extra for expedited shipping and not only did they arrive 3 days late, but half of them were defective.

After weeks of back and forth with their claims department, the best they have offered is a 15% refund.

Customer service reps are working from a script that is designed to confuse and discourage you with an infinite merry-go-round of claim tickets in which they do everything except take responsibility and offer a reasonable solution.

You have zero opportunity to speak with anyone who makes real decisions and, in the end, you are left with the sad reality that you have been taken advantage of and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
