They will not provide a tracking #. Although, the order can be sent out earlier, you won't know that because they do not provide a tracking #.

FedEx is the shipper, although the sender is not marked on the package either. The shipper states some other company name without any reference to 24 Hour Wristbands. After all of this run around, you have to physically sign for the FedEx package, nor can you simply sign the door tag and ask them to leave the package on the back of the house. The door tag says NOTHING...not who the sender is or any viable information other than the door tag number.

If you get to this point and you call FedEx to arrange for your package to be redelivered, they will try. But, there is no telling when it will be redelivered, they simply let you know you can pick it up after a few days. Wow. Why am i picking up a package, when I can sign electronically or physically for the package to be left at my home.

24Hour Wristband customer service is also, no help. They simply create tickets upon tickets, but never actually take care of the issue.
