Terrible customer service. I ordered 200 wrist bands and specifically requested delivery date of February 29.

When I entered my order 3 days later to see an update, it showed it as "on hold". I opened a ticket and said that I needed them by March 1st, because I was taking them out of the country on March 2nd.

But unfortunately, even after several tickets opened, where they assured me that they would arrive on time, c they actually didn't.

They say that because the order was placed to be filled out by China, that they couldn't guarantee delivery. But of course they did not mention this when I placed the order. They gave me a choice of 3 consecutive dates to receive it and that's what I did, I selected February 29.

Now they claim that because of the Chinese New Year, there was a delay, but that they would not refund my money.
