24 Hour Wristbands - No refund on out-of-stock item
I never do reviews, but my terrible experience with this company has changed that. Here it is....
placed an order on-line, received a message that the product was no longer available and that I could check the website for suitable replacement. Did that and found a similar item in a different color, placed the order and got the same message.... "no longer available". Both orders were cancelled and they said my refund would take 7-8 business days.
It has been 21 days and no refund. I spoke with a human in customer service and they said my refund would be received in 24 to 48 hours.
It has been 3 days and still no refund.
They have a very elaborate "customer service" email response program, but it is an empty shell game. Never again.
If the item was out-of-stock, why did they charge my credit card in the first place??
