24 Hour Wristbands - Worst quality control and customer service ever!
I ordered 3" buttons for an event.They were ordered ahaldThey were not only incorrectly printed, the pin back was upside down causing the buttons to flip forward.
I followed their process for complaints, and after online dialog and uploading photos to prove they were defective, the "ticket" was closed without resolve. I called customer service who NOW told me I need to send the button back in order to have them replaced. The customer service representative was rude, condescending, and inept. After much frustration, I told them to issue a refund rather than replace the buttons - we'll see if it happens.
If you are considering doing business with this company I say HEAD FOR THE HILLS.
I wouldn't go near this company.
